Working Families Party
Chief Technology Officer (2024–2026) · National Data Director (2022–2024)
I modernized WFP's data infrastructure, migrating from Redshift to BigQuery and implementing the modern data stack (dbt, Prefect, and Hex) — reducing technical debt and improving performance, reliability, and maintainability.
I grew the department from a team of one to seven by bringing on the Party's first-ever Analytics Director and Engineering Director and building out each of their teams from scratch.
The result: for the first time in the Party's 26-year history, WFP could run its own research and experimentation in-house and quickly build production-level automations to meet organizing needs . The modern data team I automated away hundreds of hours of staff time, saved hundreds of thousands of dollars, and produced the infrastructure to organize tens of millions of voters.

Sunrise Movement
Data Director
I built Sunrise's data infrastructure from scratch, introducing the organization to the modern data stack — most notably dbt — and building out the analytical infrastructure from the ground up. This infrastructure was vital to Sunrise's 2020 electoral program, where we reached 2.5 million voters.
In my time at Sunrise I invested deeply in my team, upskilling four junior analysts and engineers and building a culture of technical growth and excellence that extended well beyond my tenure.

Executive Director
I led a network of 1,750 collegiate engineering students across 50 chapters. I secured $50,000 in corporate sponsorship — the highest in ESW's 14-year history. I launched Build Day, a national community resilience initiative piloted in two cities.
