• analytics engineering and implementing dbt for progressive orgs 

• leading and managing data teams

• designing data infrastructure and systems for nonprofits and small organizations 

• 1:1 mentoring with data leaders and junior staff 

• and developing metrics to measure people power.

I charge an hourly rate for my time. I have very limited pro-bono spots available for people who are seeking mentoring.
